My dog is scared of going to the vet and pulls unmercifully on the lead when she knows we are going there, but at Okeford they have all been so patient and gentle and kind to her that she will now go in with much less fuss than she used to. I won't say she leaps with joy but she has learned they are not going to harm her, and she trusts them now and I am grateful for it.
