Okehampton Camera Club Special Event

Visit by Photographic Artist Dave Green
After its Summer break the first meeting of Okehampton Camera Club is on Monday 10th September and will feature an illustrated talk by Dave Green and is called "Constructed Photographs."
Dave is a member of the Bideford Bay Creatives. His view of photography is that it's a means to an end rather than the end in itself. His work has been exhibited widely in the UK and the USA.

Dave is well known in the South West for his photographs of the North Devon Coast and particularly sea caves.

Dave says "I have been exploring the North Devon coast for the last seven years. My study is of the hidden coast found only through a vertiginous climb down a cliff path or by leaving the sandy beach and trekking over seaweed strewn boulders at low tide.
