Could this be a way to encourage new businesses to open in Okehampton? If the council offer businesses a rates free period. e.g No business rates for the first 6 months say, and maybe promote this to large organisations with the fact there is a large number of job seekers. Just a thought ! Any ideas if this is possible ?
