As you maybe aware, there are currently around 1.8 milllion homes in the UK without any sort of connection, Devon, being the biggest county has more unconnected households per square mile than anywhere else in the UK and yet we are the least funded.

We understand there are campaigns to bring the likes of BT's affinity to the county, but this will only cover sporadic exchanges in areas who already have broadband so is not a solution to the many homes and businesses who struggle to connect via conventional means.

We are not a commercial company but a community interest company, all of our profits are reinvested back into the fibre and wireless networks we create. As part of Devon County Councils drive to ensure all of our county is online by 2012 we need 5 villages to pilot our growing network.

Using the latest technology, we can supply homes at speeds of upto 100 meg, far faster than the likes of BT. For far too long the south west has been forgoten where investment is concerned, we are doing our best to change that and give the people of this county the infrastructure they so deserve.
