As a regular user of Parklands Leisure centre Okehampton's toddler and family swim sessions it is becoming almost impossible to take the children swimming there. I have complained on numerous occasions that the pool is too cold and within minutes the children are shivering and lip's going blue, the response to this is that the temperature is within regulations.
