Half of Okehampton just had a power cut. The really weird thing though, was the bright red light that slowly moved through the sky, without making any noise? Anyone know what thats about?

lights where reported to have flickered out Hatherleigh and Monkokehampton, and also South Zeal at the same time, could this have been a build up of static electricity ?.

Total blackout. Then 2 bright red lights. We thought they were flares. Just a bit too much of a coincidence for me though. A few of the neighbours saw it too. Very strange!

The electric went off. We went outside and what I saw was, an orange light quite bright it was NE 80 deg it moved in a straight line then stopped, it stayed still for 20 seconds then just vanished there was no sound then the electric came back on.
