Well done!
Toast is an interesting hybrid homeware store and cafe right in the town centre, and a favourite meeting place for shoppers. The cafe features excellent coffee and tea, cakes, paninis and a small selection of hot dishes including soup, jacket potatoes and a daily hotpot. The gallery area, with its comfy armchairs and view of the river, is the perfect spot for a chat or simply to enjoy a break with the paper. The staff are pleasant, helpful and friendly, and nobody is made to feel hurried. Our tuna paninis were delicious and generously filled – not cheap, but good value nonetheless.
