School Holidays? Plenty to do in and around Okehampton

If you child goes to school, pre-school or nursery in Okehampton, they should bring home West Devon's Holiday Activity and Play Directory before they break up. 

The directory is a free guide packed full of activities, events and places to visit during the holidays for children and young people of all ages and their families and  contains over 40 activity listings, many of which are free or low cost to attend and most are in the West Devon Area.

You'll also find the directory at libraries, village and community halls, doctor's surgeries, children's centres, leisure centres, community organisations, civic reception areas and other public buildings.

Developed by West Devon Borough Council in partnership with the West Devon Play Forum, the directory was produced by Community Sport Limited and funded by advertisers.

Having all of these activities in one place makes planning the holidays simple and the free directory is a great resource for children and their families."
